Please read these terms carefully before booking any travel service with Green Tour Holidays.

Welcome to Green Tour Holidays. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website greentourholidays.com and all travel services provided by us. By making a booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, making an enquiry, or booking a tour package with Green Tour Holidays ("we", "our", "us"), you ("Client", "Traveller", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you are booking on behalf of other travellers, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf and that all travellers agree to be bound by them.

2. Booking & Confirmation

a) How to Book

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required deposit and issue a written confirmation (email or booking voucher).

b) Accuracy of Information

  • You are responsible for providing accurate personal details (names, passport numbers, dates of birth) exactly as they appear on official documents.
  • Incorrect information may result in additional charges, denied boarding, or cancellation without refund.

c) Minimum Age

  • Travellers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Bookings cannot be made by persons under 18 years of age.

3. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50% of the total package cost) is required to confirm your booking.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before the specified due date, usually 15–30 days prior to departure, depending on the package.
  • Last-Minute Bookings: Full payment is required immediately for bookings made within 7 days of departure.
  • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other methods as displayed on our website. All payments must be made in the currency specified in your invoice.
  • Bank Charges: Any transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or bank commissions are the responsibility of the traveller.
Note: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Pricing & Inclusions

a) What's Included

Each tour package clearly lists its inclusions. Typically, packages include:

  • Accommodation in specified hotels/resorts.
  • Meals as mentioned in the itinerary (e.g., breakfast, half-board).
  • Transportation (air-conditioned vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls).
  • Sightseeing and entry fees as per the itinerary.
  • 24/7 ground support and a dedicated travel manager.

b) What's Not Included

Unless explicitly stated, the following are not included:

  • Airfare, train tickets, and visa fees.
  • Travel insurance.
  • Personal expenses (laundry, tips, phone bills, mini-bar).
  • Optional activities and excursions not listed in the itinerary.
  • Meals not specified in the itinerary.
  • Any costs arising from delays, strikes, natural calamities, or events beyond our control.

c) Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice until full payment is received. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to increases in fuel costs, taxes, hotel rates, or currency fluctuations. You will be notified of any price increase before final payment.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@greentourholidays.com. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice.

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before departure: Deposit forfeited; balance refunded (if paid).
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% of total package cost forfeited.
  • 7–14 days before departure: 75% of total package cost forfeited.
  • Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total package cost forfeited.
Important: Certain suppliers (hotels, airlines, cruise lines) may have stricter cancellation policies. In such cases, their terms will prevail, and we will inform you at the time of booking.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method where possible.
  • Bank charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be given for unused services, early departure, or missed activities.

6. Changes by You

  • Requests to change dates, destinations, or traveller names must be made in writing at least 15 days before departure.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges (supplier fees, fare differences, administration fees).
  • Changes within 7 days of departure may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

7. Changes by Us

  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or transportation due to operational reasons, weather, or events beyond our control.
  • If a significant change is necessary, we will offer you the choice of an alternative arrangement of comparable standard or a full refund of the affected portion.
  • Minor changes (e.g., hotel of similar category, change in sightseeing order) do not entitle you to a refund.

8. Passports, Visas & Documents

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport (with at least 6 months' validity), visas, and any other travel documents required for your destination.
  • We are not liable for any loss, delay, or cancellation resulting from missing or invalid documents.
  • Visa assistance, if provided, is a courtesy service; final approval rests with the respective embassy or consulate.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Medical expenses and emergency evacuation.
  • Trip cancellation, interruption, and delay.
  • Loss of baggage, passports, and personal belongings.
  • Personal liability and accidental death.

Travel insurance is not included in our packages unless explicitly stated.

10. Health & Safety

  • You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
  • Certain destinations or activities may require physical fitness. It is your responsibility to assess your suitability.
  • We follow all local health and safety regulations. However, we are not liable for illnesses, injuries, or accidents during your trip.

11. Traveller Conduct

  • Travellers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, guides, drivers, hotel staff, and local communities.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your participation in a tour (without refund) if your behaviour is disruptive, illegal, or endangers others.
  • You are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or third-party belongings.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Green Tour Holidays acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other suppliers. We are not liable for their acts or omissions.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, injury, death, delay, or damage arising from events beyond our reasonable control (see Section 13).
  • Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by you for the affected tour package.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics.
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes.
  • Government restrictions, border closures, or travel advisories.
  • Airline cancellations, technical failures, or supplier insolvency.

In such cases, we will offer reasonable assistance but cannot guarantee refunds beyond what our suppliers provide.

14. Complaints & Disputes

  • If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your trip, please notify your travel manager immediately so we can resolve the issue on the spot.
  • Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of your return, along with supporting evidence.
  • We will investigate and respond within 30 days.
  • Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, itineraries, and graphics — is the property of Green Tour Holidays and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

16. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.
